Pay: $15–$18 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Location: The Learning Experience – Canton, MI

We are excited to open a new state‑of‑the‑art childcare center in Canton and are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated teachers for multiple age groups, including:

• Infant & Toddler Teachers
• Two-Year-Old Teachers
• Preschool Teachers

• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
• Implement our play‑based L.E.A.P. Curriculum that makes learning fun
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Communicate daily with parents about learning milestones and classroom activities
• Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain high‑quality standards and meet licensing requirements

• Passion for working with children and helping them grow
• 6 months to 1 year of professional childcare or preschool teaching experience
• Associate degree in ECE preferred, or
  • High school diploma/GED required
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available)
