Judge Direct Placement is seeking a degreed Continuous Improvement Engineer in Canton, OH area! The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a long term strategic plan to involve all employees in the plant in the search of an environment that improves operations efficiency and lowers production costs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop plant CI Implementation Strategy
• Manage CI assets to deliver year over year cost savings
• Lead plant MVP projects and processes
• Implement cost savings improvement projects
• Implement Standard Work projects
• Implement corporate/CI systems
• Develop, implement and manage standard work for all areas

Requirements:

• Master degree in related field preferred
• 5+ year’s experience in plant operations, CI engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lead kaizen events
• Ability to complete cost savings projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in matrix organization
• Lead cross functional teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
