We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Staff Transportation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Canton. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transportation projects that make a real impact on communities. You will collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to innovative solutions in roadway design, traffic analysis, and transportation planning.

• Assist in the design and development of transportation projects, including roadway, intersection, and traffic improvements.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Conduct traffic studies and analyze data to support project recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
• Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0‑4 years of experience in transportation engineering (entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in design software such as Micro Station, AutoCAD, and traffic analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of AASHTO and state DOT standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
