We are seeking an accomplished Transportation Lead to oversee and manage transportation engineering projects in the Canton region. This senior‑level position combines technical leadership with business development responsibilities, offering an opportunity to shape strategic growth while delivering innovative transportation solutions.

• Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from concept through completion
• Oversee design and development of roadway improvements, traffic signal systems, and intersection upgrades
• Drive business development initiatives
  , including client relationship management and proposal development
• Conduct traffic studies, safety analyses, and prepare technical reports
• Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 12+ years of experience in transportation engineering, with proven leadership and project management expertise
• Demonstrated success in business development and client engagement
• Proficiency in design software such as Micro Station

• Strong understanding of traffic signal design, ITS, and roadway safety standards
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
