We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Surveyor to join our Canton, OH team and contribute to a variety of projects from inception to completion.
In this role, you will be asked to:
- Demonstrate the ability to lead all aspects of surveying and geomatics department, which potentially includes several field crews and supporting technical staff members
- Manage survey or geomatics projects for both the public and private sector
- Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Report to and maintain contact with key staff and offices of the organization to ensure department success and sustainability
- Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews, technicians, and other internal staff members
- Coordinate assignments that aide in project management and deadline adherence
- Have and maintain licensure for PS in the State of Ohio.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- The ability to lead a team and provide mentorship
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize appropriately, based on project scope
- Leadership skills and mentorship capabilities
- High levels of productivity working independently and collaboratively
