Sun States Security is currently hiring Full‑Time SOC Operators in the North Canton, OH area. This position offers a pay rate of $19/hr, paid weekly
.

• Projected start date of January 30, 2026

• 1+ years of security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
• Must be comfortable with technology (tablets, computers, Microsoft Suite, etcetera).
• Intermediate computer and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of Access Control / Video Monitoring Systems.
• 1-2 years of High Pace / Volume Security in GSOC / SOC.
• Detail oriented; over communicates, document & report all details.
• Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be flexible and team oriented.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Must be reliable.

A Security SOC Operator may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security SOC Operator will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
