Coleman Health Services is seeking a counselor or social worker supervisor to be the Director of Behavioral Health in Stark County! This position is based in Canton, Ohio.

Key job duties of the Director of Behavioral Health include:

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to counselors, social workers, and paraprofessionals in specific department
• Provide program and administrative oversight
• Prepare/monitor related program data and outcomes.
• Maintaining relationships with referring agencies and community stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with company policy and procedure
• Participate in budget development and monitoring

Qualified Manager of Crisis Intervention Services candidates must have:

• Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work
• LPCC or LISW licensure
• 3+ years' experience working in mental health and substance abuse

Preference given to candidates that also have:

• 3+ years of clinical supervision in mental health and/or addiction treatment
• Supervisory credential
• Working familiarity with AMSR, CANS, and Zero Suicide, and other suicide risk-related best practices
