Position:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Full Time Days, 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Compensation: $32.69 to $44.00 per hour

Sign‑on bonus: $10,000

• Evaluate patients and recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Teach and counsel patients and families.

• Active CRT or RRT credential from NBRC or state equivalent.
• Proof of graduation: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire (or upon first shift for agency RTs, upon hire for PRN staff).

• One year of related experience preferred.
