Medical Front Office - Patient Service Specialist - $1000 Sign-on Bonus

Join Nova Care Rehabilitation as a Patient Service Specialist and help create an exceptional patient experience.

Full-time, weekdays. Base pay $15/hr, opportunities for 401(k) matching and comprehensive benefits.

• Greet, register patients, and provide visit information.
• Schedule appointments in person and via phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, and operational leaders.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
