Pathway Caring for Children is hiring a master's-level School-Based Licensed Therapist to serve students at Beacon Academy in Canton, OH - a school committed to providing a flexible, supportive learning environment where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with students
• Partner with educators who value collaboration and mental health support

• Provide individual and group therapy to students
• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Offer supportive crisis intervention when needed
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support teams
• Document services in the EHR
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
• Active Ohio license: LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, or related
• Experience with adolescents or school-based settings (preferred)
• Commitment to strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
• Ability to collaborate within a dynamic, student-centered environment

• Primarily daytime hours
• Flexible scheduling
• Year-round services (including breaks) to support student needs
