Our team at Sunrise Vista Health and Wellness is forward-thinking and provides care for behavioral health. We serve the residents of northeastern and southeastern Ohio. Our focus is on offering behavioral health treatment programs that will set you up for lifelong success. Our programs are for adults and older adult patients. Our psychiatric programs and therapies help your entire family recover from the struggles with mental health disorders and/or traumatic events.

As a Patient Access Representative
, you will play a vital role in welcoming patients, coordinating admissions, verifying insurance, and ensuring a seamless intake experience for individuals seeking behavioral health services.

• Patient Registration & Admissions
• Insurance Verification
• Intake Coordination
• Customer Service
• Documentation & Compliance

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of healthcare, medical office, hospital registration, admissions, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations.
