This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule3x12 Hour
Shifts:
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
or4x10 Hour
Shifts:
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI scans on patients, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and operating MRI equipment with precision. The technologist must possess strong communication skills to provide clear instructions to patients and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver accurate diagnostic information.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of MRI procedures with high technical proficiency.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Ensure accurate positioning of patients to obtain optimal images.
- Collaborate with radiologists to discuss imaging results and findings.
- Document patient information and procedure details accurately in the charting system.
- ARRT (MR) certification required.
- AHA BLS certification required at the time of submission.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care imaging experience as an MRI Tech.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Permanent Ohio license required (compact licenses accepted for starts on or after 1/1/23).
