- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,950-$2,100
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- Healthcare Setting: Hospital-based MRI and diagnostic imaging department
- Schedule Option 1: Three 12-hour day shifts;
Friday 7:00 a.m.
-7:30 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday 6:00 a.m.
-6:30 p.m. - Schedule Option 2: Four 10-hour day shifts;
Friday through Monday, 7:00 a.m.
-5:30 p.m. - Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts, with an alternate 10-hour schedule available
- Work Arrangement: On-site hospital assignment
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of MRI Technologist or MRI technologist experience in acute-care diagnostic imaging
- Active ARRT(MR) certification in hand at the time of submission
- Active AHA BLS certification in hand at the time of submission
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or an accredited institution through the primary ARRT pathway
- Permanent Ohio radiologic technology licensure in hand; eligible compact licensure may be accepted when applicable
- Ability to meet applicable hospital onboarding, competency, and compliance requirements
- Strong patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills
- Perform MRI examinations safely and accurately in a hospital diagnostic imaging environment
- Verify imaging orders, review patient history, and complete MRI safety screening before each examination
- Prepare and position patients while providing clear instructions and compassionate support
- Operate MRI equipment and follow established imaging protocols to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Recognize and respond appropriately to patient concerns, contraindications, and MRI safety risks
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure imaging procedures are completed according to department standards
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, technologists, and other members of the hospital care team
- Follow infection prevention, imaging safety, MRI safety, and quality-assurance procedures
