** Experience

Required:

** - 1-2 years experience required - Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel.
** Certification and Licensure:** - ARRT(CT) required; must obtain OH license prior to start - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward.

- Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission.

- Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending.
** Weekend and Call Requirements:** - No call required - Weekend rotation
** Equipment Used:** - Working with GE Evo
64 slice units
** References:** - TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
** Vaccination Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine:

** Nicotine and Drug Screening:** - Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements (temporary until further notice). All other travelers MUST BE NICOTINE FREE.

- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
** Skills and

Competencies:

** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate completed during orientation. An acceptable score required with 2 attempts maximum.
