Key Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define key performance metrics.
• Develop SQL queries, data models, and reporting datasets to support business needs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support decision-making.
• Support enterprise reporting platforms, data integration processes, and analytics initiatives.
• Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications for the Business Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
