The Sr. Engineering Project Manager, drives all aspects of Engineering / Product Development projects and programs, including configuration, change and release management, collaborating and coordinating across all functional disciplines. Defines work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for Engineering projects. Supports project value proposition and scope. Manages resources (that is, capital requirements, human capital) to complete projects in scope, on time and within budget.

Keeps team and leadership updated on status and risk factors. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Provides guidance to project team. Acts as project team leader, reviews user and/or technical requirements, identifies tasks and risks, assigns and coordinates resources and creates / tracks schedules, changes and releases. Ensures clear communication, timely issue resolution and preventive mitigation of conflicts.
