The PositionThis dynamic company is looking for a leader who has both the technical and leadership skills required to build a team of talented employees. The Plant Operations Manager will report to the President of the company and manage the day-to-day operations of a metal fabrication facility. The position will be responsible for 30 total employees.
Candidate QualificationsAdditional qualifications include:
- Production Leadership Experience
- Metal fabrication experience
- Proven Track Record of Developing People
- Ability to hire, train, measure and deliver results
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Passion and sense of urgency
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Able to work within the United States
Our client offers a competitive base compensation plus bonus opportunity.
Base salary $100,000 - $125,000
Bonus $20,000 - $25,000
Annual Compensation $120,000 - $150,000
