for our next Executive Pastor (XP)– a high-capacity, spiritually
grounded leader who can help turn vision into reality. The Executive
Pastor is a “chief of staff” who will lead and develop a high impact
staff team that embraces both health and performance, blaze a clear
trail from vision to execution, and drive core strategic initiatives
that help the church accomplish its mission and vision. The XP will
serve as the Lead Pastor’s right-hand leader, overseeing strategic
planning, staff team development, organizational systems, and internal
communication. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic,
