• Set up winding machines and related equipment based on coil specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, use tape measures, and operate various hand tools including drills, grinders, sanders, levels, squares, and wrenches.
• Braze copper to copper and copper to brass using oxy-acetylene torch.
• TIG weld stainless steel components.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Work overtime and Saturday half-days as required.
• Assist with occasional off-site service calls.
• Follow all housekeeping and clean-up procedures.
• Comply with all safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using drills, sanders, and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, bills of material, and specifications.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and metric conversions.
• Common sense reasoning and ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
