Construction Welder​/Fitter Canton, Ohio; Day Shift

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Welder-Fitter in the Construction department at Amba Flex Manufacturing. As a Welder-Fitter, you will play a crucial role inassembling constructional components to complete frames using several welding and constructional techniques. Switching techniques will regularly take place. Some key

• Reading technical drawings

• Customization of components using welding and constructional techniques

• Getting the machines ready for production

• The inspection of constructional components or complete frames

• Participating in the development of the products and processes

Day Shift Schedule

• Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm (4/10s)

Night Shift Schedule

• Monday-Thursday 6:30pm-5am (4/10s)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum work experience of 1-2 years in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read Technical Drawings

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong understanding of the metric system (preferred)
