Duties & Responsibilities- Work in a group with 2-3 other employees on a project at times and independently at others.
- Lift and install sheet metal panels/copper bus with other employees (these panels range in weight, but I would estimate around 50-70lbs on average).
- Open to overtime /Saturdays when required (rarely).
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Be able to use hand tools (dead blow hammer, battery operated impact driver, drill, wrenches, etc.).
- Punctuality.
- Good attitude / Coachable.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving.
- Self-Motivated.

Specific Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years’ experience in a production environment preferred.
- Personal Protection Equipment Training (PPE), Global Harmonization System Training (GHS), Lock Out
- Tag Out Training, (LOTO). - Onsite training available.
- Tow Motor and Overhead Crane Certification.
- Onsite training available.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a production environment.
