We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Mechanic in the Assembly department at Amba Flex Manufacturing. As an Amba Flex Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing our innovative products to ensure they meet our high‑quality standards.
Responsibilities- Perform assembly of mechanical components according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks to guarantee product integrity
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Day Shift Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm (4/10s)
- Night Shift Monday-Thursday 6:30pm-5am (4/10s)
- Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 5am-5:30pm (3/12s)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work the night shift schedule
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good command of English spoken and written
- Basic computer skills
