• Maintenance – Increase the efficiency of the maintenance crews by providing direct supervision and support in the areas of job priorities, assignments, staffing, area cross training, delay reduction, breakdown support, schedule adherence, etc.

  - Continue the development of technology and create the environment that encourages this in others and seek continual improvement. Promote aggressiveness and innovation to push the limits of normal operation.

  - Maintain good employee relations - represent the company to employees, customers and public.

  - Maximize potential of all resources.

• High School or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing with 1 year of experience in a supervisory, melt shop, or casting role preferred.

• Associate Degree in business management, technology or related with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing with 1 year of experience in a supervisory, melt shop, or casting role preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, technology or related with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing with 1 year of experience in a supervisory, melt shop, or casting role preferred.
