Welder

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with both MIG and TIG welding and be capable of fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols accurately.
• Set up and operate welding machines, ensuring correct parameters for each project.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and precision; repair or rework as needed.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a clean and hazard‑free work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; welding certification preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work with welding equipment for extended periods.

• Manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Use of personal protective equipment (helmet, gloves, etc.) is required.
