Pro Staffing Solutions – Welders (Full‑Time) – Pro Mechanical Services

We are seeking experienced welders for a full‑time position at our local metal fabrication facility. Candidates must fabricate according to prints and pass a weld test. This is an immediate hire position with pay of $25–$28 per hour based on experience and test results.

Up to $1,000 sign‑on bonus available.

• 3rd shift available.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8–10 hrs per day, with some Saturdays.
• Overtime available.

• Health insurance, vision, and dental after 90 days.
• Paid time off after 30 days.

• 5+ years of MIG welding experience.
• Pass a MIG pressure test.
• Set up your own machine.
• Use power tools and other equipment.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.

• MIG welding on various materials.
• Set up machine per job.
• Use cutting tools and related equipment.
• Operate forklifts and overhead crane (training provided).
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Keep work station clean and organized.
