Job Overview

Pro Staffing, a proud division of Pro Mechanical Services Co., is seeking skilled CNC Plasma or Laser Operators for a full‑time position at our local metal fabrication facility. The role involves bending, forming, and shaping various metals with CNC machinery. Candidates must have 4+ years of proven experience in this field. Immediate hire. Pay is $25–$28 per hour based on experience.

• Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines.
• Bend, form, and shape various materials.
• Position and align dies.
• Operate forklifts and overhead crane.
• Read and interpret drawings for each task.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.

• 4+ years of experience operating CNC Plasma or Laser machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use tape measure.
• Proficiency with power tools and other equipment.
• Capable of safely lifting and moving heavy objects by hand or with equipment.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

• Pay: $25–$28 per hour, based on experience.
• Shift: 3rd shift available.
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday, 8–10 hours per day, with occasional Saturdays.
• Overtime available.
• Weekly pay.
• Health insurance, vision, and dental after 90 days.
• PTO offered during first 30 days.
