We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Mechanic in the Assembly department at Amba Flex Manufacturing. As an Amba Flex Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing our innovative products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.

• Perform assembly of mechanical components according to specifications
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee product integrity
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment

• Monday‑Thursday 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (4/10s)

• Monday‑Thursday 6:30 pm – 5:00 am (4/10s)

• Friday‑Sunday 5:00 am – 5:30 pm (3/12s)

Our Manufacturing Facility in Canton, OH is one of five worldwide, and was established in 2010 as our only Manufacturing facility in the U.S. The Assembly department assembles components to a semi‑finished or finished product and is responsible for the quality of the delivered work according to the order planning.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work the night shift schedule
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good command of English spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
