## Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Canton, OH, 44705. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.

Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.

Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
