Pay Starting pay is $14.50/hr Opportunities to bid on higher-paying positions after 6 months

Pay rate is based on position, experience, and shift assignment

Job Responsibilities Follow all food safety, quality, and company policies and procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Follow all safety requirements and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Assist with other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to work in a refrigerated manufacturing environment

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Frequently lift, push, pull, and move products weighing 25-35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime and weekends as needed

Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
