Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high‑quality care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. This position is located at our Canton Dialysis clinic in Canton, Ohio.

• Supervise and perform direct patient care including vital signs, dialysis initiation and termination, documentation, physical assessment, and physician order transcription.
• Provide dialysis therapy per physician orders, managing ultrafiltration, administering medications, and documenting all activity.
• Analyze patient assessments and laboratory data, escalating concerns and documenting observations.
• Assess patient and family learning readiness and deliver education on renal disease, dialysis treatment, and overall health management.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a licensed RN in dialysis settings.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
• Successful drug screen and background check required.

Schedule:

Monday – Saturday 3:45 am – 5:00 pm, including every other Saturday. Shift differential for travel, paid mileage, and paid training are provided. Compensation increases with additional responsibilities and training.
