Sunrise Vista is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead our nursing team and help ensure the highest standards of resident care, clinical excellence, and team performance.

$70,000 – $82,000 per year

The RN Manager will oversee daily nursing operations, support and supervise nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a compassionate nursing leader who combines strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills.

• Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff to promote high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure appropriate staffing and coverage.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.
• Monitor residents' health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and medication management.
• Coordinate physician appointments, treatments, and other clinical services as needed.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing team members.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and facility policies.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and leadership.
• Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies while maintaining a calm and professional environment.

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Ohio.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
