American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring an active OH or compact license and 1 year of combined specialty experience.

• Med/Surg Tele unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm
• Uses Epic EMR system
• Required to work at least every other holiday

• Active RN license (Ohio permanent or compact) in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (NIHSS may be obtained prior to start)
• 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty required
• Epic EMR experience required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required (co-worker references not accepted)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required with medical or religious exemptions only

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment completed during orientation with a passing score required
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
• RTO must be discussed and finalized during the interview process
