- Monday-Friday

- 8-, 10-, or 12-Hour Shifts
- Minimum Availability: 36 Hours Per Week
- Call Available but Not Required for Locum Providers
- Pediatric Patients: Approximately 10%
- Adult and Geriatric Patients: Approximately 90%
- Approximately 80% Outpatient / 20% Inpatient
- Approximately 35 Operating Room Cases Per Day
- Approximately 20 Offsite Cases Per Day
- Level III Trauma Center
- Administer Anesthesia for Adult and Pediatric Surgical Procedures

- Team-Oriented Work Environment

- NBCRNA Certification
- Required - Minimum of 2 Years of Clinical Experience as a CRNA
- Required - Active Michigan License
- Required at Submission - ACLS Through AHA
- Required - BLS Through AHA
- Required - PALS
- Required - Must Be Available for a Minimum of 36 Hours Per Week
