POSITION SUMMARY

A Team Member is responsible for performing a wide range of landscape construction and landscape maintenance tasks assigned by their Team Leader. Completing those tasks in a timely manner, meeting safety guidelines, and quality standards. While not being asked to lead a team, or a project, a valid driver's license and ability to drive our trucks is essential. Snow removal experience is a major plus.

• MUST be able to drive our trucks and haul trailers.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in landscape construction or landscape maintenance, and snow removal.
• Safely and efficiently operate all equipment needed for the job including company trucks with trailers

Transport materials to job site as needed

Maintain efficiency while upholding company standards of quality and safety

Care for and enjoy the outdoors

On-the-job training offered.

A high school diploma or GED

1-3 years of horticultural field experience

A working knowledge of standard construction and/or horticultural practices

Verbal and written communication skills

Prolonged periods standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, and pulling.

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.

Must be physically able to operate power equipment.

Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.

We are looking for Team Members who can drive our vehicles. This means a clean driving record, and experience hauling trailers. These are labor positions, but the spots we are looking to fill absolutely must be able to be added to our insurance and be able to drive when needed.
