Multi-Billion Dollar Plastics Manufacturing company located on the south side of Canton Ohio is looking for a Director of Quality.

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function.
• Drive continuous improvement, ensure process excellence, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing product quality to meet customer expectations.
• Promote a culture of quality, operational efficiency, and sustainable process improvements.
• Drive, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) or other relevant standards.
• Develop and monitor (KPIs) related to quality performance (e.g., scrap rates, customer complaints, and defect levels) etc.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes.
• Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address process gaps and quality issues.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or similar quality systems.
• Proficient in root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, SPC, Program Management (APQP) and statistical analysis tools.
• Any experience working within a plastics manufacturing company a plus
