Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. You will be on your feet and on the go in all weather conditions.

• Providing exceptional customer service across the club, answering member questions

What you’ll do:

• Fill club pickup orders by notifying members when delays occur and offering alternatives when products are unavailable
• Inform members when products are out of stock and ensure items are dispensed when they arrive for pickup
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote company products and services
• Maintain facility safety, conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise per policies, and report unsafe conditions
• Assist with purchases, payments, and transactions per policies; organize and maintain carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items
• Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and Open Door Policy
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; adapt to change and feedback
