We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate to help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll contribute to our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to create an appealing shopping environment, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring assigned areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix adjustments.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to ensure security and prevent theft.
• Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
