• Sell steep slope roofing services following the procedures and practices established by The Company.
• Generate and pursue Steep Slope sales leads
• Maintain sales pipeline in a timely manner through the use of CRM Systems, sales spreadsheets, and other reporting tools
• Maintain appropriate and timely communicationswith management regarding sales pipelines, customer relationships, markettrends, competitive dynamics, and other areas of interest
• Assist staff with collecting accounts receivableas needed
• Help drive the culture of Legacy Roofing Service sin professionalism, safety, responsiveness, and quality
• Work with management to implement new procedures to help make Legacy more efficient and effective

• 3-5 years sales experience in the roofing field is required.
• Demonstrated success in sales within the residential roofing industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability tobuild rapport with homeowners.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong negotiation skills and proficient in basic computer applications
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
