Position is located in Cincinnati with paid relocation provided. TQL is seeking motivated, high-performing individuals to apply for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio, to train with top brokers. After completing training and building a book of business, TQL will pay for your relocation to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our industry-leading paid training and mentorship program will teach you about sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

What you'll do:

• Partner with successful freight brokers for 26 weeks
• Make calls and establish relationships to build your book of business
• Close new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage shipments and resolve issues for timely delivery
• Communicate proactively and honestly internally and externally
