• Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour plus up to $16,000 per year in individual‑based commissions if you hit all sales goals. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, potentially earning a total of $65,000–$73,500+ annually.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule released four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak vacation periods.
• Experience working in a commission‑based environment (even better).
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.
