Job SummaryStandard Printing Company is seeking a motivated and results‑driven sales professional with offset printing experience to expand our market presence throughout the Eastern United States. This role is responsible for driving sustained sales growth by promoting our large‑format offset and digital sheetfed capabilities in support of packaging and retail display customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling, has a proven track record of sales success, and thrives in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional value to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of Standard Printing Company’s capabilities, workflows, and value proposition.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with current and evolving production capabilities.
- Secure in‑person meetings, conduct capability presentations, and assess customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operational teams to support customer success.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding market trends, competitive activity, and sales progress.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network that enhances market knowledge and supports ongoing growth.
- 2–3 years of experience in offset printing sales and/or point‑of‑sale or retail display sales; digital printing experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in sales functions including prospecting, customer service, negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence communicating with customers at all levels.
- Ability to learn and articulate company capabilities while identifying opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Eastern United States.
