Regional Sales Manager

Due to growth and investment in our people we are currently looking for a highly motivated, customer support focused, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the Amba Flex Sales Team located in Canton,OH!

In this hands-on position you will:

• Make hiring and performance management decisions for the regional sales team.
• Leading teams, driving business performance, delivering results, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Liaise with regional management through the Regional Customer Chain team and Global Support Office team
• Execution of, and giving input to, global policies & frameworks

• Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas aligned with overall company objectives.
• Prepare, manage and deliver the regional sales budget and forecasts.
• Operate within the framework of global policies and guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training.
• Drive continuous improvement in team capabilities and sales effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional initiatives.
• Adjust sales strategies based on market insights and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as a strategic partner to customers, understanding their needs and aligning solutions.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics and CRM data.
• Track performance against targets and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain operational excellence through structured processes and tools.

• Bachelor level education in relevant direction, master's degree preferred.
• Middle management experience in managing a medium-size sales organization at a manufacturer of industrial goods. (20-40 FTE).
• Experience working in packaging and logistics preferred.
• Strong leadership, Coach, mentor and teambuilder.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with regional management.
• Capacity to drive change from transactional sales to consultative selling, from opportunity driven to account management.
• Self-starter, pragmatic, organizer and sales driven to close deals.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and performance metrics.
