This position will provide pre‑hospital care in an industrial setting. They will be responsible for patrolling a location to prevent theft and violence, securing entry points, responding to emergencies, and using a firearm when necessary to protect people and property. The EMT will also be responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment, de‑escalating situations, documenting incidents, and maintaining security logs. This position may be required to work 12‑hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide immediate medical aid in potential dangerous, dynamic environments.
• Assess patients under extreme stress and potential dangerous conditions.
• Provide advanced medical support for other team members.
• Carry and be proficient with a firearm for self‑defense and the defense of others.
• Ensure that all medical and rescue operations are conducted safely within an industrial environment.
• Regularly patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to check for hazards, security violations, and unauthorized individuals.
• Monitor and secure entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Quickly and effectively respond to alarms, incidents, and threats. This includes using force or a weapon when necessary to regain control or protect others.
• Provide a visible security presence to protect personnel, property, and visitors from harm, harassment, or theft.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and suspicious activity. Report these findings to supervisors.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with some experience in a law enforcement, industrial security, or EMT role preferred.
• Emergency Medical Technician – Basic certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a law enforcement, industrial security, or EMT role.
• Emergency Medical Technician – Basic certification.
• OPOTA Firearms certification.
