ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Monitor all areas of facility inside and out through cameras and security rounds.
- Sign in visitors and contractors and channel them to the proper departments.
- Monitor all employees in and out checking lunchboxes.
- Receive outside deliveries, receive paperwork and channel to correct department.
- Weigh in and out all trucks for shipping and receiving, ensure all paperwork in correct and going to the correct department.
- Check all ovens to ensure they are up to temp on weekends.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Exposure to all types of temperatures.
- Physical ability to do work requiring frequent walking, stooping, bending, lifting, and reaching overhead.
- Physical strength sufficient to move parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Sufficient manual dexterity required to perform job properly.
- High degree of attention and care required to operate in a safe manner.
- Appropriate safety equipment is necessary.
- Overtime hours may be required.
