Job Title: Epoxy and Concrete Polisher

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $21 – $28 per hour (based on experience)

AQFS is a leader in commercial and industrial floor care services. We specialize in epoxy coatings, concrete polishing, and floor restoration. Our team takes pride in delivering durable, high-quality flooring solutions. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Epoxy and Concrete Polisher to join our growing team.

• Prepare and polish concrete surfaces to a high-quality finish.

• Apply epoxy coatings, sealers, and other finishes according to specifications.

• Operate grinders, polishers, vacuums, and related equipment safely and efficiently.

• Repair cracks, patch surfaces, and prepare floors for coating and finishing.

• Travel to multiple job sites as required (local and regional).

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

• Follow company safety standards and meet project deadlines.

• Multiple years of experience in epoxy flooring and/or concrete polishing required.

• Skilled in floor prep, grinding, sealing, and epoxy application techniques.

• Ability to operate heavy polishing and grinding equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.

• Must have reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided if using personal vehicle.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

• $21–$28/hour depending on experience.
