Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
* Plan and coordinate residential repairs, including scheduling, material procurement, and workflow management.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular inspections to mitigate risks and hazards.
* Demonstrate excellent technical skills in various aspects of roofing including:
Shingle Roof Repairs, Gutter Installation & Repairs, Chimney Flashing, Fascia/Soffit Repairs, and Siding Repairs.
* Communicate effectively with salesman and homeowners throughout the project, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the work performed.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked for reporting and billing purposes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues or challenges that arise throughout the project, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
* Conduct post-project inspections and evaluations to assess performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.##
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in residential roofing and siding a MUST.
* Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
* Excellent communication and personal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, and subcontractors.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
* MUST have a valid driver’s license.
