We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to service and repair aerial equipment including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and reach forklifts. This is a field-based position working directly with customers on job sites.
Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain aerial equipment in the field
- Perform service calls at customer job sites
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems
- Prepare equipment for delivery and ensure proper operation
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- 5+ years experience preferred
- Shop service experience required
- Experience with JLG or similar equipment
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and diesel engines
- Welding experience is a plus
- Must have own tools (tool allowance provided)
- Valid driver’s license required
- DOT Physical Card (or ability to obtain)
- Must pass drug screening (including random testing)
- Will require union membership
- Union scale pay based on experience
- Tool allowance provided

- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 or 5 days/week depending on workload)
- Weekends off except for emergencies. (rare)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.55 - $33.60 per hour
