Company DescriptionBest Copier Technologies is a growing company with lots of opportunities for advancement. We are looking for a copier technician with experience with servicing copiers with options of further training.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Copier Service Technician at Best Copier Technologies. The role is located in the Stark and Tuscarawas County areas. The Copier Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of copiers, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service to customers, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
- Field Service and Customer Service skills
- Experience in copier maintenance and repair
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Technical certification or relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
