Direct Support Professional; DSP

Direct Support Professional – Part‑Time (Canton, Ohio)

Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $17.00/hr.

Retention Bonus: $500 after 90 days and $500 after 180 days.

• Sunday: 8:00 am – 9:00 am and 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
• Monday: 8:00 am – 9:00 am and 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
• Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 am – 8:30 am, 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm, and 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 9:00 am and 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

• Support individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Help plan fun outings, encourage independence, and build meaningful community connections.
• Administer medication and assist with health and safety needs.
• Act as a trusted advocate, friend, and cheerleader every step of the way.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and clear background check.
• Reliable, integrity‑driven with a positive attitude.
• A heart for service and a passion for making a difference.
• Must be able to pick‑up the van from the Canton office and transport the client to Dayhab.
