Position:
Delivery & Warehouse Specialist focused on tent installation.

- Drive various-sized vehicles, including cargo vans and 26’ box trucks (non-CDL), to complete deliveries and pickups.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring on-time delivery, setup/installation, breakdown, and pickup while collaborating with the team to handle events seamlessly.
- Coordinate closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate equipment handling and order fulfillment.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain company standards.
- Operate moving equipment such as carts, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles at venues, including warehouse, client homes, stadiums, etc.
- Assist with tent setup/installation and removal along with other equipment.
- Clean, prep, and maintain rental equipment, delivery vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.
- Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) procedures.

- Work indoors and outdoors in various locations and weather conditions.
- Team-based high-energy environments with tight timelines.
- Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment.
- Physical demands: bending, lifting, repetitive movements.
- Shifts typically run in 4, 8, or 12-hour increments; flexible days and times for part-time and full‑time.
- Monday – Friday and weekends as needed.
- Flexibility for varying start/end times.
- Potential overtime during peak season.
- Pay Range: $13 – $15 an hour depending on experience, shift, and role.
- Seasonal position: busiest months April – October; potential for long‑term employment.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license preferred; meet company insurance requirements.
- Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
- Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in fast‑paced environment.
- Interprets instructions.
- Physical capability to stand, lift, bend, move repetitively; lift up to 25–50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Will assist with event setup, teardown, delivery, pickup.
- Willingness to be cross‑trained in other departments.
- Pass company background check, DOT Physical, and drug screening.
